- Shaun Mason didn't take the death of his sister very well. He killed the bastard who did it. He now runs the organization they built together. But his heart's not in it. Playing with dead things just doesn't seem as fun after you've put a bullet in your sister's brain. Oh, and Georgia still talks to him as a disembodied voice in his head. And he talks back. People are starting to notice. So when a CDC researcher fakes her own death and appears on his doorstep with a ravenous pack of zombies in tow, Shaun's relieved to have a purpose in life. First and foremost, he realizes that he may have put down the monster that killed his sister, but the conspiracy is far from dead. Now, Shaun hits the road to find what truth can be found at the end of a shotgun.
