Pronunciation assistance tool is provided for each word combination to help you master Russian sounds. It is given in English letters, which makes it comprehensible and easy to read compared to conventional transcription signs. In the field, especially in case of no translators available, this phrase-book may be of great assistance for better communication between Russian and English-speaking specialists. Anyway, if you look through this phrase-book prior to visiting Russian oil industry sites, you will find a lot of Russian oil and gas field realities including abbreviations, which will be very helpful for you during your stay in Russia.
